Natural Highs

Wish I was creative and could come up with good ideas. Here is another idea borrowed from an email with some borrowed highs but mostly my natural highs:

1. Holding my grand babies

2. Just being with my grandchildren

3. Laughing so hard I lose my breath

4. A truly worshipful church service

5. Falling in love

6. A first kiss

7. Holding a newborn baby

8. A hot shower

9. Clean sheets

10. Reading a Bible verse and finally "getting it"

11. No lines at Wal Mart

12. Getting a real email letter and not a forward

13. Taking a leisurely road trip

14. Finding money in your coat pocket from last year

15. Socks, tennis shoes, blue jeans and tee shirts

16. Sitting on the porch watching it rain

17. Spending time with friends

18. Buying a new car

19. Dancing and singing to a good song on the radio

20. The smell of fresh laundry

21. The smell of rain

22. Seeing a vivid rainbow

23. Camping out

24. A chocolate milkshake from Breaker

25. A Butterfinger Blast from Sonic

26. Catching a big fish

27. Sleeping late and just lying in bed relaxing

28. A whirlpool bath with bubbles added

29. Chocolate chip cookies with pecans

30. Petting a dog

31. Looking at your freshly mowed lawn

32. A hike in the mountains (not too vigorous)

33. Talking on the phone with grandchildren

34. A grandchild saying "I love you"

35. Talking and getting to know someone

36. Sitting with a best friend and not having to say anything at all

37. Wading barefoot in a brisk stream

39. Seeing a beautiful sunset

40. Driving fast (oops that just slipped out)

45. Riding with the car windows down and the radio blasting

48. Having extra money after paying all the bills (a miracle)
